Tennis parking at the Fairmont Orchid is free for you.  To park close to tennis, enter the hotel resort and, as you see the Fairmont entrance signs, take the 2nd left (guest parking).  As you approach/stop in front of the security 'arm' it will pop up for you.  Go in and drive as far left as you can and park.  Walk out the nearby exit and security 'arm', cross the street and take the sidewalk trail to the tennis shop.  When you leave, drive to that near exit and the security arm will rise as you approach/stop in front of it.  See image :)
